When you point Buddy Browser to a FOAF file, it will extract and show a basic subset of the information for a person such as name, picture and web pages.
Most importantly, Buddy Browser makes a list of the person´s buddies which have in turn links to their FOAF files. Click on a buddy in the buddy list and you will see his / her buddies and so on. In this way we can surf through FOAF space answering those crucial questions such as who exactly is buddy buddy with who and who are their buddies buddy buddy with?
Need some FOAF file addresses to get started? Choose ´Sample FOAF Urls´ from the menu and click on one of the many FOAF files listed.
Buddy Browser can be run from its internet home or can be downloaded and run on your own computer. Just download the zip file and unzip the contents to a directory on your hard drive. To launch, navigate to the Buddy Browser folder and double click on Buddy Browser.htm.
